About
Story in service of the client
Like many of the people I work with, I learned how to survive early.
I grew up carrying patterns of disconnection and a constant sense of unrest in my body. Later in life, multiple surgeries and a long recovery from medical trauma forced everything to a halt. I couldn’t “think” my way through it anymore. I had to listen to my body.
Somatic and integrative work gave me a way back to myself that wasn’t about fixing or powering through. It helped me feel more human, more whole, and more connected—to my own body, my relationships, and the world around me.
Now I support clients who are in a similar place: they’ve done therapy, understand their story, and still feel stuck. They might be navigating trauma, medical experiences, burnout, addiction recovery, or relationship patterns shaped by early life. Many are grieving, in transition, or just tired of holding it all together.
What they want isn’t another self-improvement project. They want more ease in their bodies, clarity in their relationships, and a sense of being connected to something real. That’s the work we do together.

Clinical approach
In our sessions, we move at the pace of your nervous system—not at the pace of urgency or pressure.
I blend somatic therapy (Somatic Experiencing and other body-based approaches), attachment-focused work, nervous system education, and, when helpful, energy work like Reiki and healing touch.
Sometimes our work looks like talking through patterns and noticing what happens in your body as you speak. Other times, it’s slow, quiet tracking of sensations, breath, and impulses. We might integrate gentle movement, grounding practices, or structured exercises to help your system complete old responses and find new options.
My style is direct, compassionate, and grounded. I’m not here to analyze you from a distance. I’m here to be with you—curious, honest, and present—as you remember how to be with yourself. Clients often describe me as straightforward, caring, and very human.
I’m a good fit if you:
Have done therapy before and are looking for deeper, more embodied work
Are navigating trauma, medical issues, burnout, recovery, or long-term patterns in relationships
Identify as sensitive, thoughtful, or highly attuned—even if you’ve been told you’re “too much” or “too emotional”
Want a therapist who brings both clinical skill and real-world humanity into the room
Are open to including the body, nervous system, and energy work in your healing

I may not be the best fit if you:
Are looking for quick tips only, without exploring what’s underneath
Prefer a highly structured, homework-heavy approach every session
Are not open to considering how your body and nervous system are part of the process
