Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I offer telehealth for adults located anywhere in California. Reiki and energy work are typically in-person; occasionally distance sessions may be available.

How often do we meet?

Most clients start with weekly sessions. As things stabilize, we may move to biweekly or a maintenance schedule that fits your needs.

How long will therapy take?

That depends on your goals, history, and nervous system. Some people feel meaningful shifts in a few months; others choose to work together longer-term as part of their ongoing support.

Do I have to talk about my trauma in detail?

No. Somatic work does not require reliving every detail. We focus more on how your system is doing now and what helps it feel safer and more resourced.

What is your cancellation policy?

To honor both our time, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at the full session rate, except in cases of true emergency.

You don’t have to keep doing this alone—or stay stuck in patterns that no longer fit.
